Terms of use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms explain how to use the Mirian de Queiroz Soares de Sousa website, how information and enquiries are handled, and how these website terms relate to any later transaction. Read them alongside the Privacy policy and the terms provided for a particular product or service. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
1. The website operator and these terms
The operator is the company identified on the About page, including its published legal identity and contact details. References to we, us and our in these terms mean that operator. The website describes an independent presentation of motorcycle reference material and provides a way to ask questions. These terms govern the website itself; they do not replace a signed agreement, a product warranty, a transaction-specific disclosure or a right that applicable law gives you. Contact us if the identity of the party responsible for a proposed transaction is unclear.
The publisher is Mirian de Queiroz Soares de Sousa, whose confirmed registry identity and address appear in the footer and About page. This presentation uses motorcycle reference material from Kawasaki without representing the publisher as a Kawasaki dealer, branch or authorised service centre.
2. Using information to make a decision
Read the complete description of the product or service that interests you, including any stated restrictions, conditions and dates. A short card, headline or image may not contain every detail relevant to a purchase. Information can become outdated as availability and specifications change. Before making travel arrangements or another commitment, ask for confirmation of the details that matter to you. This request for confirmation does not remove any legal effect that a published representation or offer may have under applicable law.
The displayed model names identify the manufacturer references shown in the captured presentation. A photograph, model year or visual detail is not a statement that the publisher owns the vehicle, keeps it in stock, sells it or can provide a test ride.
3. Enquiries and the contact process
Provide an accurate way to reach you and enough detail to understand your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself complete a purchase, secure an appointment or reserve an item. Where a form opens your own email application, review the recipient and message, then send it from that application; opening the draft alone does not deliver the enquiry. Delivery and responses depend on the communication channel. If you have an urgent or time-sensitive request, seek an explicit acknowledgement before relying on a particular date.
A model card can open a shared enquiry page while retaining the selected subject. That route is for a question about the presentation; it does not submit an order, an official service request, a vehicle reservation or a manufacturer customer-support ticket.
4. Quotes, orders and separate agreements
The details of a later transaction should identify the parties, the goods or services involved, the agreed price and any relevant delivery, collection or performance arrangements. Request clarification of conditions that are missing or inconsistent before proceeding. An enquiry form is not a payment facility. Any later payment arrangements, finance terms or service commitments belong to the applicable transaction. These website terms do not unilaterally change an accepted quote or contract, and they do not override obligations that arise from a binding advertisement or other representation.
The registry-confirmed training activities remain separate from this motorcycle reference presentation. No course content, available class, certification, instructor qualification or vehicle-related training programme is established by the manufacturer photographs.
5. Prices, availability and specifications
Read any currency label and the explanation of what a displayed amount includes. Taxes, fees, optional items and financing costs may be addressed separately in the relevant offer or quotation. A currency conversion, where identified, is an indication based on the stated calculation and may differ from a payment provider's eventual rate. Availability and model specifications can change. If an apparent error affects a price or description, ask for clarification; the appropriate treatment of that error remains subject to the circumstances, the agreement and applicable consumer law.
No product price, financing rate, service tariff or enrolment fee is offered by these pages. A manufacturer campaign depicted in an image must not be treated as a quotation from this publisher; an actual transaction would require the correct party and its own confirmed terms.
6. Photographs, descriptions and supporting material
A page may use photographs of actual items, manufacturer material, diagrams or illustrative artwork. Read captions and item-specific descriptions to understand what an image represents. A picture alone may not establish the condition, included equipment or current availability of a particular item. Ask for additional information or an inspection where appropriate. References to experience, awards, reviews or product features should be considered in their stated context and with any accompanying date or qualification; these terms do not convert a factual claim into a mere illustration.
The motorcycle photographs and model marks belong to their respective owners and are presented as manufacturer reference material. Retaining those photographs in this layout does not authorise a visitor to use a manufacturer mark as their own or infer endorsement of the publisher.
7. Responsible access and prohibited interference
Use the website for lawful browsing and genuine enquiries. Do not impersonate another person, send material you have no right to disclose, submit malicious code or attempt to obtain access to systems or information that are not intended for you. Avoid activity that disrupts the website or prevents others from using it. Ordinary accessibility tools and legitimate browsing are not prohibited by this section. If you believe you have found a technical vulnerability, describe it through the contact channel without accessing or exposing other people's information.
Use the maintained navigation to browse the reference index, identify the publisher and prepare a relevant message. The site provides no login, inventory editor, vehicle comparison service, newsletter backend or payment terminal; do not submit credentials for those services through the message field.
8. Content rights and permitted use
Website text, photographs, graphics, trademarks and software may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the operator or to third parties. You may view the material and retain copies for your own consideration of the business, subject to applicable law. Reusing protected material commercially, removing attribution or implying that another party's content is yours may require permission from the relevant rights holder. This section does not restrict statutory exceptions, lawful quotation or rights granted by an explicit licence accompanying particular content.
An enquiry can mention a model name to make its subject clear without transferring rights in the image or implying a commercial relationship with the manufacturer. Reproduction beyond permitted use requires the appropriate rights-holder’s permission, separately from contacting the publisher.
9. Messages and material you provide
Send information that is relevant to your enquiry and that you are entitled to share. Avoid including passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an ordinary contact message. If you provide material concerning another person, consider whether that person knows about the disclosure and whether you have authority to make it. Supplying an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to us or grant an unlimited marketing licence. Processing personal information connected with an enquiry is addressed in the Privacy policy.
Before sending, review the model interest and the complete email body in the application you use. Include enough context to identify the page without disclosing a complete driving licence, vehicle document, customer list or confidential training material.
10. Links and services operated by others
External links, embedded media and third-party tools may lead to services with their own conditions, privacy practices and availability. Check the destination and the identity of the provider before entering information, accepting a separate service or making a payment. A link does not by itself establish who is responsible for the resulting transaction. The scope of any dealership, supply or other commercial relationship should be checked against the specific description on the relevant page. Ask for clarification if responsibility for a service or transaction is unclear.
Official warranty, recall, dealer and owner-manual questions require the responsible manufacturer or authorised channel. The labels retained from the reference presentation do not create those official services on this independent domain.
11. Website availability, errors and accessibility
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, browser limitations or other technical problems. A malfunctioning control or a confirmation shown by a browser does not necessarily establish that a message was received. If information appears incomplete or a feature prevents you from using the site, contact us with the page address and a description of the problem. You may also request clarification of material that is difficult to read. Responsibility for a technical failure remains subject to the applicable agreement and law.
A carousel control or cached image may behave differently when browser settings change. Report a specific page and observed issue if clarification is needed; a successful page load does not certify model availability, riding suitability or any particular commercial condition.
12. Consumer rights and responsibility
Responsibility for website information and for any transaction is assessed under the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer remedies, misrepresentation protections, statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business-specific warranty or remedy may apply in addition to those protections. The fact that a transaction occurs after an online enquiry does not itself eliminate rights associated with that transaction. If a question arises about a description, payment or performance, retain the relevant page, correspondence and transaction records.
Nothing in this reference presentation can remove mandatory responsibilities that arise in an actual agreement. The identity of the contracting party, the subject and the accepted conditions would have to be established independently of a visit to the public pages.
13. Updates, questions and resolving concerns
The date shown on this page identifies the current published version. Website changes may require an updated explanation of how a feature works. A later revision does not automatically rewrite an earlier agreement or extinguish an existing claim. Use the Contact page to raise a concern and identify the page or transaction involved, the relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking. You remain free to use any complaint, regulatory or dispute resolution channel available under applicable law; contacting the business does not waive those options.
Questions about the publisher’s wording can be addressed to [email protected] with the page reference. Updates to the presentation cannot silently convert an earlier general enquiry into a purchase or replace a separate accepted agreement.
