Privacy policy
Last updated: October 20, 2026
This policy explains personal information associated with browsing the Mirian de Queiroz Soares de Sousa website and contacting the business. It distinguishes information used to display the website, a message you choose to send, and records that may arise from later dealings with the company. The fields and notices presented for a particular interaction should be read together with this policy.
1. Who is responsible and how to contact us
The company identified on the About page is responsible for the business's handling of the personal information described here. That page provides the operator's legal identity and registered details. You can raise a privacy question through the Contact page and identify it as a privacy request. State the interaction or information concerned so the request can be directed appropriately. An external website, email provider or other service may be separately responsible for information it handles under its own policies; the sections below distinguish those situations.
The operator named in this notice publishes the independent reference presentation; Kawasaki is the source of the motorcycle material, not the recipient of the enquiry form. Use [email protected] for a question about this publication or information associated with correspondence.
2. Information you choose to provide
An enquiry may include your name, email address, telephone number if requested or supplied, location, the product or service that interests you, and the content of your message. Follow the field labels to distinguish required information from optional details. If you correspond later, the business may receive further explanations, documents or transaction references relevant to your request. Supply only what is needed at that stage. Avoid placing passwords, full payment credentials, health details or unrelated information about other people in a general enquiry field.
The maintained form asks for a name, reply email, company when relevant, the selected reference and a message. It does not ask for a driving licence, vehicle registration, payment card or proof of ownership; those records are unnecessary for a question about a displayed model.
3. What happens when a form opens an email draft
Where the form notice says it opens your email application, the browser prepares a draft using the details you entered. You must review and send that message in your own application for it to reach the business. Opening a draft is not confirmation of delivery. Your email provider may process and retain the draft and the sent message under its own arrangements. After a message reaches the business's mailbox, its handling is separate from the preparation of the draft. A different form workflow should be explained by the notice beside that form.
The model context is carried into the draft so you can check which reference prompted the message. A local preview or an open email window does not mean that the publisher or the manufacturer received anything; you decide whether to send through your own email service.
4. Technical information involved in browsing
Loading a website involves sending requests from your device to the systems that provide its pages and resources. Those requests can reveal an IP address, browser and device characteristics, requested resource addresses and connection timing. Hosting, delivery or security services may generate logs for operating the service, investigating faults or preventing misuse. This technical exchange is different from voluntarily supplying a contact message. The information available to a service depends on the browser, the resource requested and the service's configuration; an ordinary page visit should not be confused with an enquiry being sent.
Page requests are delivered through Cloudflare and cPanel hosting, which necessarily receive connection information to provide the requested files. The assembled pages load local styles, fonts and photographs; they do not execute the original manufacturer advertising scripts.
5. Purposes and the basis for handling information
Information supplied in an enquiry is relevant to understanding the request, communicating with you and considering the requested product or service. Later dealings may require records to perform an agreement, meet legal obligations or address a complaint. Technical records can support website operation and security. The appropriate legal basis depends on the activity and the law that applies, including steps requested before a contract, contractual obligations, legal requirements or legitimate interests where permitted. Where an activity requires consent, any request for that consent should identify the activity and the available choice.
A reference enquiry can concern a model name, the source of an illustration or a correction to a page. Its handling must remain distinct from a request to enrol in training, purchase a vehicle or obtain an official manufacturer service, none of which is completed by this public form.
6. Cookies, local storage and browser preferences
Websites and services loaded within them can use cookies or other browser storage to maintain settings or support features. A saved preference and a technology used to measure advertising activity serve different purposes and should not be treated as equivalent. Review any storage or consent controls presented on the site, together with your browser settings. Blocking or clearing storage can remove remembered choices or affect features. Do not assume that declining a particular optional feature stops the technical requests needed to load a page, or that deleting browser data also deletes messages already sent.
The original CCM19 consent panel has been removed together with its remote scripts. The delivered site has no authored analytics, advertising tags, newsletter subscription or cookie preference database; browser and network services still operate according to their own settings.
7. Embedded content, external links and providers
If you activate a video, map, external link or another third-party service, that provider may receive information about the request and may process information under its own privacy notice. Some embedded resources make a connection when the surrounding page loads, depending on how they are implemented. Read the notice or controls associated with the feature and review the provider's policy before interacting with it. When you leave this website, the destination's collection and use of information are not described fully by this policy. You can contact the business without supplying unnecessary information to an optional external feature.
The carousel and model cards display local copies of reference imagery rather than embedded manufacturer pages. Following the optional email handoff involves your chosen email application and provider, whose message storage and account controls are separate from the static pages.
8. Who may handle information and why
Handling a business enquiry can involve personnel responsible for the request and providers supporting communications, hosting or related administration. A later transaction may involve a service partner or another party identified for that transaction. Legal obligations, an authorised request from a competent authority, or the establishment or defence of a claim can also affect disclosure. The relevant purpose and circumstances determine what information is necessary. You may ask for clarification about recipients connected with your own interaction. Identify the enquiry or transaction concerned so that the relevant handling arrangements can be reviewed.
There is no manufacturer customer database connected to this form and no automatic forwarding of a visitor message to Kawasaki. If a question actually needs a dealer or a manufacturer department, establish the appropriate recipient independently instead of sending sensitive vehicle documents here.
9. Processing across locations
The location of your device does not necessarily determine where a website resource, mailbox or service provider processes information. Internet communications and externally operated services can involve systems in different countries. Where restrictions on international transfers apply, the relevant arrangements must be assessed under that law. If the destination or safeguards for information connected with your enquiry are important to you, ask through the Contact page before sending additional material. Choosing to follow an external link can also create a separate relationship with that provider and its own processing arrangements.
The publisher identification address is in Imperatriz, Maranhao, Brazil. An English translation does not establish a United States office or a promise that hosting or email processing stays in one country; ask about a location requirement before disclosing restricted material.
10. Retention and the factors that determine it
Different records can require different retention periods. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether it develops into a transaction, the records necessary to perform or document that transaction, applicable tax or recordkeeping requirements, and the need to address a dispute or security incident. Those factors determine the retention period applicable to each category of record. Ask for the criteria or period applicable to a specific category of your information. Deleting a local browser draft does not remove a sent message from a recipient's mailbox, and a deletion request may be subject to lawful retention requirements.
No retention period for a later business exchange is invented by this publication. Closing the page clears neither an email already sent from your own mailbox nor a recipient copy; a request about correspondence should identify the relevant message without resending unnecessary attachments.
11. Security and information you should avoid sending
No website, network connection or email system can be described as risk-free. The sensitivity of the information and the channel used matter when deciding what to send. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or full card details in an ordinary enquiry. If later dealings require confidential documents, first confirm the recipient and an appropriate method of transfer. If you suspect that information connected with an interaction has been misdirected or exposed, contact the business with enough detail to investigate, without circulating the sensitive material again unnecessarily. Ask about an appropriate channel before supplying information that requires additional protection.
A general reference question can be answered in ordinary text without account credentials or confidential course or vehicle records. Check the domain in the email draft and avoid passwords, access codes, identification scans or financial documents when introducing the matter.
12. Your requests, choices and available rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, rights may include access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. A request should explain what you want and how it relates to your interaction. Reasonable verification may be necessary to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person, but do not send identity documents unless the need and channel have been clarified. Some requests are subject to exceptions or legal recordkeeping duties. The applicable law determines the response period and the review or complaint procedures available for your request.
To raise a data question, describe the correspondence and the personal information concerned rather than requesting changes to the manufacturer catalogue. The operator may need sufficient context to locate a message; an enquiry does not provide access to another visitor’s information.
13. Optional communications and changes to your details
A reply addressing your enquiry differs from a subscription to ongoing promotional messages. If an interaction offers optional updates, review the stated purpose and any available preference or unsubscribe controls. You can also contact the business to correct an address, clarify which enquiry is yours or state a communication preference. Withdrawing consent, where that is the applicable basis, concerns future processing and does not automatically undo lawful handling that already occurred. A preference about marketing does not necessarily prevent communications needed to address a transaction, security issue or legal obligation.
The original manufacturer newsletter interface is absent from the delivered pages. Asking about a motorcycle reference does not sign the visitor up for recurring promotions, and the form has no checkbox purporting to grant a manufacturer marketing subscription.
14. Children and information about other people
The website presents business information and enquiries rather than an experience designed for children. A parent or guardian concerned that a child has supplied personal information can contact the operator, describe the relevant interaction and ask about appropriate action. An adult making an enquiry should avoid including unnecessary information about a child or another person. Where a particular service legitimately requires such information, the purpose, authority and appropriate channel should be clarified for that situation instead of placing the details in a general contact message.
This is a public information and correspondence interface, not a child account or a rider registration system. Someone writing for a learner, colleague or vehicle owner should explain their role and avoid sharing that person’s private records without an appropriate basis.
15. Changes to this policy and further questions
The publication date identifies the version currently displayed. Changes to website features or business handling may require revisions or an additional notice at the point of collection. A later policy statement does not by itself authorise a materially different use of information already received where further notice, a legal basis or consent is required. Keep a copy relevant to your interaction if you need one. Questions about this policy, a particular data category or a request that remains unresolved can be raised through the Contact page, without limiting any available complaint to a supervisory authority.
An added booking system, external player, payment interface or new data field would require this notice to be reviewed against the changed workflow. The current explanation applies to the local reference pages and the voluntary email draft actually presented.
